For example: a paleoconservative thinker may vote for a republican candidate even though that republican candidate may be a staunch neoconservative. However a moderate democrat or a liberterian candidates view may be more similar to that of the paleoconservative thinker.
Their are many different types of examples like this that work. Thats just one out of many.
So the question is, will you research each candidate and make a non-partisan decision? even if that means voting for a independant or 3rd party candidate?
Or will you just vote for whatever candidate is a member of the political party you like?
Bush crack you totally missed the point. there are many different types of republicans and there are many different types of democrats.
4 out of 6 said they would make a partisan desicion.
No wonder this country is going down the shitter. people cant think for themselves.

I don’t vote 3rd parties unless they are viable… have a funding base that will allow them to compete and have a platform that most people don’t think is crazy…
no one wants to “Perot in” the other party… or at least I don’t…
I usually end up voting democrat, because I’m quite liberal… not always, but usually…
i will be voting for the person that is most qualified and shares my views
I will be voting for the person who I am actually on the campaign staff to win so my research will be personal knowledge and it does not hurt that the current representative from my district voted for Cap and Trade so the choice is easy for me.
i would always vote Republican.
