BOBO asked:

…liberal candidate?

What is the MAJOR difference between the two parties(repubies/demmies) to you?

What is more important to you, political group identity or candidate identity?

Last but not least, have you EVER considered a third party candidate for a vote?

Demorat

honestly, not much right now. The both grow government and try to rule like kings. Consider a third party? heck yeay. Why keep rewarding the dems and repubs while they continually screw us.

Major difference is Republicans-budget, military, pro war
Democrats=the people, welfare, jobs,

Presidents should be Republicans because we need that strength protecting this country. Democrats are great as Governors, Mayors, Senators, etc. They take care of individual states whereas republicans take care of the country.

I have voted 3rd party when Clinton and Dole were running against each other. Ross Perot actually got my vote that term. I basically took votes away for the dems and the republicans. Not sure if it counted for anything.

The major difference between a conservative and a liberal candidate is that conservatives do not believe that the government should provide as many services as liberals do. Conservatives generally believe that people should live as they do.

Liberals believe that the government should pay for many services to the people, and that people should be able to live however they want, provided it doesn’t hurt anybody.

Political group identity is more important.

I would never consider a third party candidate, because their ideology would not be as clearly defined as if they were a Republican or a Democrat.

Defending the Constitution

Conservatives(Reps) believe in responsible government spending, healthy profit for Americans and Businesses, and the right of Americans to keep more of what they earn. Liberals(Dems) believe in higher taxes, bigger spending in government on many government programs, taxing American businesses for making profits, and they believe the government knows better what to do with our money than we do ourselves. A third party is not needed. Republicans need to run campaigns on conservative principles. Once elected they need to stand firm on those principles and not give into media pressure or Liberal forces in Washington. I would only consider a third party candidate who was mostly conservative, and only if polls indicated he had a legitimate shot to win. The candidate would have to be within 10 percentage points of the leader for me to consider them.
