I am a Dem. but i hate the fact that they cater to illegal aliens.

i would honestly vote Rep. but they seem to be too gung ho! and treat the military like a group of toy soldiers they can use whenever someone pisses them off.

I love how patriotic conservatives seem to be i think their hearts are in the right place.

Liberals seem like they just want to do whatever makes them happy and saves them money
I agree daisy mae Mccain’s wife is very nice looking

Same thing here. I am a Democrat but I cannot stand some of the topics. I am not pro choice, that is a main one for me, I do not care for illegal aliens and do not believe that if they were legal they would do anything different. I am for the death penalty for several reasons and do not like the war at all. It is hard to pick a candidate, but I just remember not to technically affiliate myself with one party. I have the issues I stand firm on ranked in a place in my head. I try to remember to vote for what I morally stand for.

I am a Dem, but I disagree with the whole illegal immigrant stance of the party. :(

I’m a registered Independent. I’m voting for Obama in this election but yes, there are issues I disagree with him on.

Baby #1 on the way!!

I agree with you. The Dems. Not only do I disagree with the Dems. on their views of illegal immigration, I also don’t agree with their views on the 2nd amendment.

The Rep. I agree with on everything except their strong pro-life stance. I think that should be a womans choice. It is her body, not the governments.

I am a dem. but I am definatly voting Republican this time.

You are a very astute and observative person! Actually though, both parties at various times have treated the soldiers worse, at least in this war we haven’t gotten stuck with a draft, yet. Thats a Bush thing.

I don’t affiliate with one party or the other, I pretty much agree with the Democrats on most social issues but I swear they have never read an economics book in their life! Its just promise a bunch of things and tax productivity while rewarding unemployment. The illegal alien thing used to be a Republican fix so corporations could save money by not having to follow regulations, but now its been turned into a racial issue like everything else. Ridiculous. Illegal alien means you broke the law entering the country; a person of the same origin who waited seven years like everyone else, learned English and passed a test most native Americans could never get if they’re life depended on it is a welcome addition to this country and will probably end up being a doctor or computer designer.

If you hate illegal aliens, then you have no choice this election.

If the conservatives were so patriotic they would read the Constitution more often, and stop trying to impose one set of religious values on everyone or get off on describing themselves in terms that make them appear to be the party of the status quo. Disabled people and those in areas affected by natural disasters legitimately need help.

The mutual Al Qaeda/global warming conspiracy theories of fearmongering are also pathetic. I’m sure a neo-con will respond calling me a pacifist, and a tree hugger will tell me I’m in denial. Actually anyone who looks at the scientific evidence for climate change would admit at this time there is not enough data for an accurate projection of the long term effects, only thirty years ago (NOTHING in geologic time) people were predicting another ice age, seven hundred years ago the earth was actually hotter than it is now.

I find the partisanship “with us or against us, you hate America or [insert special interest group of your choice here]” tiresome and just make up my mind on most issues. Which means I rarely vote, and when I do I end up voting for some party with a snowball’s chance in Al Gore’s fantasy planet.

Their are only 2 things that are certain in this life. Death and taxes. Therefore could imagine living in a world where only certainty in this life was the fact that one day it will be over? Republicans and Democrats are both fancy words for lying politicians. Could you imagine what we could do with all that money they are spending to campaigning? What about all the money we are spending killing other human beings all accross this world?

I would say that I disagree with the entire system of government that we have in place. We elect leaders who we feel are the best person for the job only to have them become puppets of the corporate industrialists who are behind the scenes controlling the world.

If you support the troops then bring them home and get them out of harms way. I would much rather have them on our homefronts ready for an invasion instead of invading other countries. Ultimately peace among our fellow people would be the best, however as long as there are men there will be war.

From the time that you came into this world the political, law enforcement, religious, and educational authorites have bombarded you with their view of reality. By doing this they have taken away your right to make an informed decision based on your own individual thoughts, beliefs, and values.

Think for yourself, question authority. Think for yourself, question authority!
